We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:

    • Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving their order.
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
  • Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:

    • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
    • Custom-made or personalized products.
    • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
  • Return Process:

    2. Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.
    3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
